The Project Delivery Group was the Construction Manager overseeing the Tenant Fit Out of this intimate 5,000 sf VIP lounge. Centered around a private pool surrounded by lush day beds and cabanas, the Nexus Club also includes a champagne bar, sports bar, outdoor gaming and T-Squared Cigar bar.
