Azure was a luxurious single family home community nestled into the hillside of San Elijo Hills with breathtaking views of the Pacific. The overall development consisted of 92 single family homes ranging from 3,500 sf to 4,500 sf with Mediterranean architectural detailing. Project Delivery Group was the site Construction Manager overseeing all aspects of the project from design to construction completion.
