Location: Caye Chapel, Belize
Caye Chapel is a private island located off Belize City next to the Barrier Reef of Belize. The island is being redeveloped by private investors in which Project Delivery Group is providing consulting services such as design management, constructability reviews, cost estimating/budgeting, utility requirements/location selection, and oversight of the golf course and marina design. The project is planned to be a destination resort with a major hotel chain and will have amenities such as overwater bugalows, a private airport, marina, and a world class golf course.
