• Monthly executive project reports.

• Coordinating all work that takes place on site and ensuring all work adheres to the project standards.

• Coordinating, tracking, and obtaining all required inspections.

• Protecting the owner’s interests through lien release management.

• Implementing safety programs to ensure proper working conditions.

• Maintaining procurement logs to ensure project materials are arriving to site on time.

• Self-performance of key trades such as carpentry, concrete, drywall, and finishes.
