Appropriate to the namesake of our firm, Project Delivery Group was tasked with executing the punchlist and turnover of the Saxony Hotel rooms and public spaces of this billion dollar resort. With the General Contractor falling behind and celebrities lining up with high profile bookings for opening week, PDG was called into action to take over the completion of the hotel building located in Miami Beach. Rapidly mobilizing a high end finishing work force with little to no notice and completing the spaces needed for opening was business as usual for PDG. The team vigorously executed day and night shifts 7 days a week to hit the targeted completion dates for successful turnover to the hotel.
