PDG provides Construction Management, quality control management, and field coordination services for this multi-billion dollar 1,000 acre resort. The project features 3 major hotels; the Grand Hyatt, the SLS, and the Rosewood for a total of 2,200 rooms and 284 private residence. The project also features a Vegas Style 100,000sf Casino, Conference Center, over 25 high end restaurants and bars, shopping and T.I. spaces, Espa Luxury Spa, exterior landscaping and improvements such as pools, hardscapes, aquarium, and a Jack Nicklaus Golf Course. PDG oversees many local and international general contractors, including the world's largest contractor - CCA.
